Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY – CLEAN LINEN COMPANY Florigen Investments Pty Ltd 34 123 580 720 trading as Clean Linen Company

1. Overview

 

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds may be provided for subscription services offered by Florigen Investments Pty Ltd t/as Clean Linen Company ("we", "us", "our").

 

By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

2. Subscription Fees

 

2.1 Subscription fees are charged fortnightly in advance.
2.2 Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except as outlined in this policy.

 

3. Cancellation by Customer

 

3.1 You may cancel your subscription in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
3.2 No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a billing period following cancellation, unless required by law.

 

4. Cancellation by Us

 

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time.
4.2 If we cancel your subscription, we will refund any unused portion of prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis.

 

5. Service Issues

 

5.1 If you experience an issue with our service (e.g. missed delivery, incorrect items, or quality concerns), you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
5.2 Where an issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:


(a) provide a replacement service;
(b) reschedule the service; or
(c) provide a partial or full refund.

 

6. Missed Deliveries and Access

 

6.1 If we are unable to complete a scheduled service due to circumstances within your control (including lack of access to the premises), no refund will be provided for that service.
6.2 Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or rescheduling.

 

7. Security Deposit

 

7.1 A $200 security deposit is payable at the commencement of the subscription.
7.2 The deposit is refundable at the end of the subscription, subject to:

 

(a) return of all items; and
(b) no loss, damage, or outstanding fees.

 

7.3 We reserve the right to deduct from the deposit any costs associated with unreturned items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, or unpaid amounts.

 

8. Refund Method

 

8.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
8.2 Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

 

9. Consumer Rights

 

9.1 Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9.2 You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation where required by law.
