Q. How long until my sheets are delivered?
A. Your first delivery of fresh bed linen will arrive within two weeks of your subscription starting.
Q. What colours and designs do you offer?
A. All of our bed linen—including sheets, mattress protectors, quilt covers, and pillowcases—are white. This ensures a clean, timeless look that suits any home. It also allows us to maintain the highest hygiene standards by easily identifying and removing any items that don’t meet our quality requirements.
Q. What day will my linen be delivered?
A. Your delivery day is based on your location. For example, we deliver to Inner North Canberra on Mondays and Inner South Canberra on Tuesdays.
Q. What happens after I purchase a plan?
A. Once you purchase a plan, our team will be in touch to confirm your bed and pillow sizes, delivery details, and answer any questions you may have. After that, we’ll schedule your first delivery—no further action needed.
Q. What suburbs do you currently deliver to?
A. Only to the following suburbs in the ACT. Braddon, Ainslie, Dickson, Downer, Hackett, Lyneham, O’Connor, Turner, Watson, Barton, Forrest, Griffith, Kingston, Manuka, Narrabundah, Red Hill, Deakin & Yarralumla
Q. Can you wash and return my own bed linen?
A. No, we only supply, launder, and rotate our own bed linen. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, hygiene standards, and take full responsibility for the care of every item.
Q. How do I purchase a linen plan?
A. To purchase a linen plan, you’ll first need to create a free membership. The website will prompt you to sign up. Since we currently deliver to a limited number of suburbs, your address will be reviewed and approved if it falls within our delivery area. Once approved, you’ll gain access to the plan purchase page. Simply follow the steps on the website to complete your purchase.
Q. What happens on delivery day?
A. Please strip your bed linen and place it in the bag provided, then leave it in your agreed pick-up/drop-off location. Your fresh linen will be delivered in a new bag and will be in its place by the end of the day.
