Q. How long until my sheets are delivered?
A. Your first delivery of fresh bed linen will arrive within two weeks of your subscription starting.
Q. What colours and designs do you offer?
A. All of our bed linen—including sheets, mattress protectors, quilt covers, and pillowcases—is white. This ensures a clean, timeless look that suits any home. It also allows us to maintain the highest hygiene standards by easily identifying and removing any items that don’t meet our quality requirements.
Q. What day will my linen be delivered?
A. Your delivery day is based on your location. For example, we deliver to Inner South Canberra on Mondays and Inner North Canberra on Tuesdays.
Q. What happens after I subscribe?
A. Once you subscribe, our team will be in touch to confirm your bed and pillow sizes, delivery details, and answer any questions you may have. After that, we’ll schedule your first delivery—no further action needed.
Q. Can you wash and return my own bed linen?
A. No, we only supply, launder, and rotate our own bed linen. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, hygiene standards, and take full responsibility for the care of every item.
Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We’re a small but growing business and currently service Inner North and Inner South suburbs in the ACT. Follow us online to be notified when delivery becomes available in your area.
Q. What happens on delivery day?
A. Please strip your bed linen and place it in the bag provided, then leave it in your agreed pick-up/drop-off location. Your fresh linen will be delivered in a new bag and will be in its place by the end of the day.
